1. Delivery Coverage

We currently ship across all major cities and regions in India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. You will be informed via email or phone in such cases.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location:

4. Shipping Charges

We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

  • Orders below ₹499: A flat shipping charge of ₹49 may apply.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is not available currently (optional—remove if you do offer COD).

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email or SMS to track your shipment status.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos and order details at metrosupplements1980@gmail.com.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue or initiate a replacement/refund.

7. Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for delivery delays due to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or courier delays. However, we will always keep you informed.
